Tortellini Formaggi with Lemon with Artichokes

Tortellini Formaggi with Lemon with Artichokes

Materials

200 grams tortellini Formaggi (or any tortellini or ravioli of your choice)

1 cup artichoke hearts (pre-boiled, about 250 grams)

½ lemon

50 ml raw cream

100 g labneh cheese

50 g cheddar cream cheese

½ cup grated parmesan

Fresh thyme, salt

A quarter cup of pasta boiling water

1 tablespoon of flour

Olive oil

Boil the pasta in boiling water with some salt added to it. In the meantime, fry the artichokes cut in half in olive oil in a pan, squeeze the lemon juice, add all the other ingredients whisked in a bowl on top for 1-2 minutes, add the boiled tortellini and place on the serving plate, grated the lemon peel, add Parmesan cheese and fresh thyme, serve hot.
