Materials
For rice;
1.5 cups wild rice
2 glasses of water
Half a teaspoon of olive oil
Salt
For mushrooms;
1 cup of chestnut mushrooms (about 200 grams)
1 cup of oyster mushrooms (approximately 250 grams)
Fresh onion
Garlic
Olive oil
Soy sauce, pepper and salt
In service;
Scallion or leek microgreen
Wash and drain the rice. Put the oil in the rice cooker and heat it; add the rice and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add 2 â…” glasses of water, add salt, mix and close the lid. Cook on high for 2-3 minutes, then on very low heat for 20 minutes.
On the other hand, clean and coarsely chop the mushrooms, clean the onion and cut it into 3-4 cm lengths. Put the oil in the pan and when it gets hot, throw the mushrooms, turn it for 2-3 minutes, close the lid, let the water out on low, medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Open the lid, add the onion, and garlic, and sauté for 4 minutes on high heat. Stir in the soy sauce and salt and remove from the heat. Make the rice base and add the mushrooms. Serve with leek or onion microgreens.
